there is tons of info on the subject(believe me I know, spent hours researching this last week). I just had mine rebuilt by Majestic Turbo for $320 each. After researching last week I am convinced that by rebuilding you definitely run the risk of a short life span(although there are many successful rebuilds). Due to financial constraint, I was forced into this option. If you do decide to rebuild make sure to not only send them to a reputable place, but find out who is doing the work, as it appears different mechanics within some of the same shops perform at different levels. Contrary to rebuit turbo's I found zero complaints(im sure they exist) about sport 500's and you can surley make over 400hp there. If you do decide to rebuilt you might want to try Majestic Turbo, and ask for Kevin specifically. He seems knowledge and reputable. Hope this helps.
